amarok 52 posts --- amarok	Posted 14:13, 23.01.12 Recruitment From the 1st February I plan to run a “mammoth” recruitment campaign (with the help of others) to really get our community scene up and running. This is very much a “personality traits” over “skill level” crusade which gives everyone a chance to join and experience banter/abuse like never before. This said I’d like to enforce some basic recruitment criteria: Required to use xfire (perhaps we could introduce irc?) Required to regularly connect to Ventrilo/Teamspeak3 Required to be semi active in games & forums Required to wear our clan tag whilst gaming The rules are put in-place to try and create active community rather than just a group with lots of random people in. Hopefully this should also enable us to utilise our public server a lot more and increase activity on the forums. As a rule of thumb, only core members or members that have been in the clan for more than one year will be entitled to a detailed profile. I think our first port of call will be to advertise on multiplay, cadred, tek9, esl, clanbase and anything gaming related. www.alexdixondesign.co.uk
